Our Team
With a keen eye for market needs and a visionary approach, Doug Agarwal launched LPShares.com in 1999 to revolutionize real estate investing. Addressing the critical demand for liquidity in syndicated deals, he positioned LPShares.com as a cornerstone for investor confidence and success.
Doug relocated to Austin in 1980 and launched his real estate career in brokerage, working with various firms. He began with four years at a boutique residential brokerage, then excelled as Austin's top multi-family producer at Henry S. Miller, Grub & Ellis for five years, achieving Texas Top 10 Producer status in 1987 and 1988. Concurrently, he founded Capital Commercial Consultants, Inc., selling 4,880 multifamily units with transactions totaling over $100 million.
In 1992 Doug founded Capital Commercial Investments, Inc., where he cultivated a wealth of over 200 partnerships and fostered a vast investor network. Today, with $2 billion in assets managed, his leadership continues to drive innovation and stability in the commercial real estate market. Doug's expertise and integrity are at the core of his mission to deliver strategic investment opportunities and turn ambitions into achievements.
