Life Settlement Opportunities | Individual Policy Acquisitions | $25K–$1M

I currently have access to approximately 21 individual life settlement opportunities available for acquisition, with investment amounts ranging from $25,000 to approximately $1 million , depending on the underlying policy and purchaser objectives. My focus is on identifying policies with an estimated holding period of five years or less , while recognizing that actual maturity dates are uncertain and may extend beyond initial projections. Whether you're seeking a single policy acquisition or looking to build a diversified portfolio of life settlements, I can assist in sourcing and structuring opportunities aligned with your capital allocation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. Additional Considerations: Investment Range: Approximately $25,000–$1 million per policy. Target Holding Period: Five years or less, based on life expectancy estimates, with no guaranteed maturity date. Portfolio Construction: Opportunities to acquire individual policies or assemble a portfolio across multiple insured lives. Self-Directed IRA: Eligible acquisitions may be facilitated through qualified retirement accounts using our self-directed IRA custodian relationship with IRA Club, subject to custodian approval and applicable requirements. Annuity Review: For individuals holding annuities with substantial surrender charges, I can also evaluate whether a life settlement acquisition may be appropriate as part of a broader financial strategy, taking into consideration liquidity, surrender costs, tax implications, and individual circumstances. Transaction Structure & Disclosure My role is limited to acting as an intermediary in the brokerage of individual life insurance policy sales. These opportunities are intended to involve direct acquisitions of individual policies rather than interests in a pooled investment fund. This communication is not intended to constitute an offer to sell or solicitation to purchase securities. However, the regulatory classification of any transaction depends on its actual structure and applicable law, and cannot be determined solely by this disclosure. Life settlements involve material risks, including longevity risk, ongoing premium obligations, potential loss of capital, limited liquidity, and uncertainty regarding the timing of death benefits. All prospective purchasers should conduct independent due diligence and consult their legal, tax, and financial advisers before entering into a transaction. I welcome conversations with prospective purchasers, family offices, and alternative asset investors interested in reviewing available policies and discussing potential acquisitions.
