Red Hawk Garage Suites - Glendale (RHGS-Glendale) is a new construction commercial real estate project offering up to 100 units at $25,000 per unit. Red Hawk Garage Suites is a for sale, fully customizable, large-scale, luxury automotive garage self-storage condominium. The project is situated on a 3.6-acre site in Glen Harbor Commerce Park north of Glen Harbor private airport. RHGS-Glendale offers 61 Garage Suites ranging in size from 23'x33' to 27'x50' plus access to all the amenities offered including the Members Only Club House.
