Seeking Angel Investor for Promising Oral Cancer Therapy

A small, privately owned Canadian company has a novel cancer therapy that has the potential to be the first Over-The-Counter oral cancer medicine. It appears to be operating by helping the immune system make better choices, although the exact mechanism won't be fully understood until the Phase 1 study is complete. A presentation of our data is available on request for those who are interested. We are looking to raise $5M-$15M USD with a time-horizon of 3-4 years. We are currently conducting a comprehensive preclinical toxicology assessment, estimated to be completed by December 2025. The goal is to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application for human trials early next year.
