Ramsey Waterfront Village - Build-for-sale single-family housing

Centra Capital Partners is offering to accredited investors Ramsey Waterfront Village, a ground-up development, where we are building 108 detached townhomes that are build-for-sale. Centra offers a unique model that reduces operational costs as we are a vertically integrated company that controls the entire home building process from land development, to construction to the final home sale. We will build and sell these 108 units over a 6 year period utilizing what we call the Centra System. It is a system we utilize to plan, build and sell the entire community in the most cost effective way, keeping costs down for the first time home buyer and to pass those savings on to the investors. The land is already owned by Centra and entitlements are secured. We are currently developing the land (roads, utilities etc...) and have begun laying the foundations of the first set of homes. Centra has been building homes for over a decade, having built 1,500+ homes across 50 communities in the Twin Cities.
