Capital Commercial Investments, inc. (“CCI”) acquired 11450 Compaq Center Dr. (the “property”) for $5,385,000 ($13/SF). The primary asset is an 8-story, 427,827 sf class “a” office building located in Northwest Houston. The property was developed in 1990 for Compaq as a part of their 4MM SF Houston corporate headquarters. HP purchased Compaq in 2011 and occupied 100% of the building until 2009 when they sold the property to lone star college system. Lone star has since used the building as part of their university park campus. Major renovations to the office building were completed in 2016. The property is located on SH-249 adjacent to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and other accessible amenities. The location is 30 minutes away from Houston CBD and George Bush Int'l airport.
