The investors who provide the first $5,500,000 of the total capital raise will receive a 16% Pref Return for twelve months following their date of investment. Thereafter, they will receive an 8% Pref Return. The investors who contribute the remaining capital of $35,465,911 will only receive an 8% Pref Return.
