Creed Systems — Growth Round | Autonomous Transit + AI Security | $55M+ Contracted Pipeline
Creed Systems is the operating company behind two high-traction technology platforms: Mozee, an autonomous electric transit company, and Haven, an AI-powered physical security platform. Both products are built on proprietary Generative Perception Intelligence (GPI) technology originally developed in collaboration with the Department of Defense. We are raising a growth round to execute on a substantial pipeline of signed and in-procurement contracts across both divisions. Haven — AI Physical Security Haven is a computer vision platform specializing in real-time weapons detection, brandishing, loitering, vandalism, and behavioral pattern recognition. Haven integrates directly with existing camera infrastructure — no hardware replacement required — at $100 per camera per month. Hardware runs approximately $4,000 per every 13 cameras. We are currently integrated with Genetec, the #1 global video surveillance platform serving 42,500+ enterprise customers across 159 countries, which serves as our primary distribution channel. We currently have three active customers representing 7,500+ cameras in our near-term pipeline, generating substantial projected recurring revenue. Haven is in final procurement stages with LA Metro for a $500,000 pilot across 80 buses, with a $2,000,000 contract upon successful completion. Haven holds DoD Tradewinds Marketplace approval (May 2025) and has received endorsement from the CTO of DoD SOCPAC/INDOPACOM. We are actively engaged with the TSA Innovation Task Force and DHS Science & Technology Directorate for federal procurement. Mozee — Autonomous Electric Transit Mozee is a purpose-built autonomous shuttle company based in Dallas, TX with four years of operational history and a proven systematic approach to autonomy called Dynamic Fixed Routes. Our GPI software is DoD-derived and runs significantly leaner than industry competitors, requiring far less compute power to operate. We work directly with municipalities, which has proven to be our fastest path to market. Our contracted pipeline includes: a council-approved service agreement with the City of Arlington, TX for 25 vehicles over six years fully paid at $30,000 per month ($45M total); a $10,000,000 deployment with DFW International Airport beginning May 2026; a fully paid 1-year pilot with Dallas County at $30,000 per month for two vehicles; a $500,000 prepaid two-vehicle pilot with Clarkson University; a $500,000 RFP with FIFA World Cup 2026 for June operations; and a 20-vehicle deployment for South by Southwest 2027 in partnership with Billboard Magazine. We are also actively engaged with NCTCOG for a federal grant through Michael Morris, and have international expansion conversations underway with partners in Sweden, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. Mozee's current post-money valuation stands at $50,000,000 and we expect to significantly exceed that this year as contracts begin executing. Both platforms run on NVIDIA Jetson Thor and Creed Systems is a proud member of the NVIDIA Inception Program. Additional strategic partnerships and credentials are available for discussion under NDA. Capital raised will be used for engineering talent, vehicle procurement, and edge compute hardware needed to execute on our existing signed contracts and government procurement Projected Investment Returns Creed Systems is offering shares at $5.00 per share based on a current post-money valuation of $50,000,000. We are targeting a public offering or institutional exit within 4 years. Based on a combined projected ARR of $300,000,000 across Mozee and Haven — conservative given our existing contracted pipeline — and applying a 5x revenue multiple at exit, we project a company valuation of approximately $1,500,000,000 at the time of exit. This represents a projected equity multiple of 20–30x on the current share price, a cash on cash return of approximately 2,000–3,000%, and an annualized internal rate of return (IRR) of approximately 95%. These projections are based on contracted and in-procurement revenue and do not rely on speculative market assumptions. Investors entering at the current $5.00 per share price are participating in Creed Systems’ first priced equity round at ground floor valuation before execution of a $55,000,000+ contracted revenue pipeline.
